Alya Bennani joined BFF Law Firm as a junior associate after gaining solid experience at international law firms, where she developed broad expertise in legal advisory and client support. She primarily practices in employment law, assisting clients with the drafting and securing of employment contracts, managing dismissal procedures, and supporting restructuring processes and social audits.
Alya has also an expertise in data protection law, conducting compliance assessments, preparing filings with the CNDP, and designing internal policies tailored to corporate needs.
She also assists the corporate and M&A department in the completion of transactions.
Alya Bennani holds a Bachelor’s degree in Private Law and a Master’s degree in Business Law from Université Paris I Panthéon‑Sorbonne.
